At last moment in spite of having confirmed booking by booking.com, we were informed about non availability of the accommodation. On our insistence, they tried alternate however by that time we booked another place. This has disturbed our scheduled programme causing a lot of inconvenience . Please refer the complaint we made to you, reply of which still awaited from your end
