There was no hot water in the apartment. This is unacceptable.

Me gustó la ubicación está perfecto para moverme por todo el centro. Está cerca de todo y frente a una calle principal.

Location is the key perk here. Problem is I have stayed at other places on this street that are significantly better at lower prices. Check in staff was also kind.

First bad experience I have had on Booking I think. Seemed like the property managers want to charge premium rates without making the place livable. The major issues we had were mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, very poor noise isolation next to a loud street (window construction or sealing seemed to be the problem - could hear even normal conversations when 2 floors up), and almost no countertop space in the bathrooms. Minor issues were a hot water system set to scald you if you aren't very careful, narrow and steep staircase, and tired appliances. I would recommend staying somewhere else

The stairs, I knew it was on the 2nd floor (by Portuguese standards), 3rd by US But they are very steep and treads are very thin.

It was easy to communicate with the property manager and she was very accommodating of our needs. The location was great!

It was good that we were on the second floor as there were no elevators and the stairs were quite steep. In our units it seemed that there was a leak in the bathroom off the hallway as when the other apartment used their bathroom, we found water under the sink. It could have meant that our basin was leaking but we noticed it more when the other apartment used their bathroom.

The manager met me there and walked me through everything and was so nice. Air conditioning was awesome, super clean and comfortable place.
