arrived at the property at midnight, but we were not able to get in until 6 AM . Picked up the keys from a completely different location than the apartment. Parking is located in a completely different area despite it was attached to the back of building you must drive and swing bye many turns and streets and and under bridges to get to it. No directions given by the landlord. We had to stop at the police station to guide us and even with their help it 25 minutes to be able to locate the garage .People managing the place are located in Hong Kong although they have a Portuguese number so as the charge for our credit card was from Hong Kong base company. We made several calls in the middle of the night to try to get help to get in and no answer. Cleaning at its worst,hair all over the shower. Bathroom floor towel was wet kitchen has almost nothing was there, not a pinch of salt , utensils like from the dollar store .Noise at night from drunk neighbors prevented us from sleeping at nights .Property management did not even give us the code of the elevator, nor any directions and how to get to the parking

Few drops of washing liquid and a sponge to clean up the dishes would be nice. Other than than it was clean, in good location. Parking place is a great if you have a car. LIDL is just 50 meters away.
