La posizione

Struttura vecchia ristrutturata male non troppo pulita in un palazzo fatto di vecchi appartamenti con pavimenti e scale in legno e quindi rumorosi in questa struttura chi la gestisce vuole solo soldi o minaccia per averne addirittura c’è un bagno un cartello che spiega che se gli asciugamani a causa ad esempio della tinta per i capelli non vengono puliti ti addebitano un costo extra ossia io ho la tinta ai capelli che macchia gli asciugamani non ho potuto lavarmi i capelli oppure il check in fatto alle 22 anziché 21 pagato 48 euro in più! Asciugamani meno di quanto eravamo, c’era scritto che c’era tutto ossia shampoo bagnoschiuma carta igienica poi ci è stato detto che era solo per i primi giorni poi erano fatti nostri! Non abbiamo potuto lasciare lì i bagagli l’ultimo giorno bensì portarli ad uno storage a pagamento Appartamento molto molto rumoroso alle 2 di notte casinò come mezzogiorno segnalato allo staff che ci ha risposto di chiamare la polizia perché non era un loro problema Un’esperienza così non capita neanche nei paesi più sperduti del mondo personale poco accomodante con tutti addirittura con l’autista della prima sera che pur essendo di Lisbona non trovava l’indirizzo. Insomma sono stati 4 giorni terribili in una struttura pessima forse Booking dovrebbe rivalutare e/o controllare e verificare i suoi partners

Location

The bathroom is an atrocity - it smells like sewer (it actually made me gag!) - there is some sort of vent that is absolutely disgusting, I can’t believe it’s actually allowed. The toilet is only secured to the floor with caulk, not bolted on as it should be. The bathroom door does not even come close to closing, the door does not match the frame. The master bed might as well be out in the stairway as you can hear every word and every step of everything going on - it is so loud! Don’t count on any sleep unless you have ear plugs. And bring a gas mask while you’re at it.

The building is too noisy itself and the neighbors were very loud during the night
