Je to miesto, odkiaľ môžeš navštíviť mnoho historických pamiatok pešo. Majiteľ aj p. Miguel vždy ústretoví a komunikácia bezproblémová.

The location is fantastic. Very bright, lots of windows, direct sun in the morning in the living room/kitchen but not in the bedrooms. Shower clean and beautiful/toilet with a hand shower very useful. I would come back with my family!

The door knobs are very hard to turn especially with wet hands (bathroom), and it's not easy to close the doors or the wooden window shutters. But it's not too bad. No reason to worry. The beds in the small room are not that great and very low.

The accommodation is located right in Belém, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. By tram, train, or taxi, you can reach the center of Lisbon in a short time. The apartment is located in a quiet street and is equipped with everything necessary. I forgot my watch in the apartment, which the hosts sent me on the first possible day, for which I am very grateful.

Good location. Two bathrooms. Spacious.

Lack of washing machine. The machine was out of use. I would not have booked this property if there was no working washer.

The flat is very cute and newly renovated, with good taste. But I have been chasing the hosts for more than a week now (email, messages, text messages and calls) for them to send me the VAT invoice and they have ghosted me. Very disappointing

- there was a terrible smell of damp. - washing machine not working, - blinds broken and no way to have a dark room to sleep. - some items in the kitchen were not clean - but the host replaced for clean ones in less than 24h. Now I am really disappointed with their communication after my stay. It has been 10 days that I have requested them to send me the invoice and they don't answer phone, don't reply to texts nor to emails! I am still waiting for the VAT invoice essential to have this reimbursed from my work. very disappointing and if I don't hear from them soon, I will be complaining to the authorities as this is illegal. A bitter end of our stay in Lisbon, in a lovely flat.

Clean, bright, spacious, air conditioned and fully stocked apartment. Staff were very responsive to our inquires and helpful with information. Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights here and loved it.

The property is a bit far out from the downtown core of Lisbon. So restaurants and activities are more limited if you are just walking. It is a few stops by train to Cas de Sodre which is close to all the restaurants and sightseeing.

Location was lovely!
