Sta Catarina Design Apartments by Lisbon One

Excellent location. Very comfortable apartment with nice and cosy interiors. Quite spacious for 2 people!

Everything was great, just a minor thing is that you need climb a flight of stairs to get to it which is a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage!

The location was good with lots of options for eating out close by. Tram 28 stopped almost right outside which was a great way to get around , but not far to walk to catch buses or trains also. The fridge is very small but did keep everything nice and cold. Had a milk frother and juicer which was unexpected and nice. Decent supermarket a short walk away.

There was minimal soundproofing from both outside and the stairwell and apartment above. Didn’t really affect sleep as it wasn’t overly busy on the street at night. The floor is concrete and the shower floor is very slippery, must take care. We put a towel on the floor outside to step out of the shower. We were on a lower floor as there are no elevators, but this meant you didn’t really have a view and we kept the shutters at the front closed for privacy which can make it dark.

La ubicación es muy buena y me encantó el balcón con vista al cuidad. Al llegar nos esperaba el apartamento con un detalle de bienvenida y el aire acondicionado encendido, algo muy amable por parte del anfitrión.

En general la estancia fue agradable, aunque quería comentar que el colchón ya se nota bastante usado y sería recomendable cambiarlo. Creo que mejoraría mucho la comodidad de la estancia.

Der nicht durchgeführte aber anstehende Austauschen der Filter der Klimaanlage hätte wahrscheinlich den zeilweise leicht unangenehmen Geruch vertrieben.
