Danke für die schöne Zeit - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Lage, super Aussicht und jeden Tag Sonnenschein. Sehr lieb, dass wir sogar einen Teller mit Plätzchen bekommen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Goosebumps when you wake up to the views. Maria is very responsive and helpful. Quiet and peaceful.

Drive up is a bit scary when you live at sea-level. It would be good to put a curtain on the kitchenette door for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Automatic light in hallway wakes them up. Amenities say "shared kitchen" and washer and dryer. The kitchen is not shared, it is private, and the washer and dryer service is not included in the rental price.

Die Gastgeber Familie Krispler sind sehr zuvorkommend und beraten einen z.B. über die Touren in der Umgebung sehr gut. Sie helfen einen sogar bei einer Autopanne (besten Dank dafür). Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem Biobauernhof, der sich auf Bio-Milch eingestellt hat. Für meine Familie war die Mitarbeit im Stahl und auch das Austreiben der Kühe auf die Weide eine sinnstiftende Erfahrung. Die einzige Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet, sauber und praktisch. Zudem stehen Gartenliegen, Trampolien etc. zur Verfügung. Die Lage in einem endständigen Tal auf ca. 1000 m hinter Gaißau ist sehr ruhig und bittet die Möglichkeit für eine sehr entspannende Zeit (kein Autolärm, saubere Luft, keine Lichtemission). Es gibt viele Wander- und Fahrradwege zu verschiedenen Gipfeln bis ca. 1800 m auf denen auch Gastro-Almen liegen.

Die abgeschiedene Lage macht es notwendig, längere Wege zu fahren, wenn man z.B. Lebensmittel kaufen möchte. Zudem sind Bademöglichkeiten bei heißen Temperaturen weit entfernt (Fuschlsee und Wolfgangsee sind 30 - 40 km). Am nähergelegenden Stausee ergeben sich keine guten Bademöglichkeiten, da der Hang sehr steil ist.

Lovely scenery, lovely animals, comfortable beds and helpful/responsive host

Travel cot was not in the flat when we arrived which was a shame as it meant our baby had to sleep on duvets on the floor. High chair and baby gate were also not there, so we had to barricade the stairs initially. Breakfast we ordered was rather extortionate given that bread was fairly stale, if we wanted to take the honey and jam provided for the breakfast it would have cost an extra €14! Overall not felt accommodation did not meet expectations and was not worth the money paid.
