La ubicación y las camas que no se rompieron, que eran muy cómodas.

La primera noche se cayó una de nuestras camas a las 3 a.m. mientras dormíamos. Lo arreglaron para la noche siguiente. Reservamos la casa porque éramos cuatro y anunciaban dos baños. Lo que había era un baño completo, dos lavabos aparte y un wc en otro cuarto. Una ducha para cuatro personas (o más, porque hay más camas) es bastante justa. También nos parece escaso dos rollos de papel para cuatro personas durante dos días. El olor en el alojamiento era bastante desagradable. No sabemos si del baño, las tuberías de edificio o de dónde.

Disgusting smell in the bathroom, impossible to get fresh air as through open windows app restaurant smells went up straight into the appartment. The electricity socket was out of the wall with wires out, the bed sheets had blood stains.

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento es amplio

Leyendo otros comentarios comentan el olor a sumidero, es verdad que huele bastante, nosotros teníamos que dejar la ventana abierta y la puerta del baño cerrada para que no llegara al resto se habitaciones, pero siempre llegaba algo de olor. Apareció una cucaracha es uno de los dormitorios pero fue un acontecimiento puntual. Una pena lo del olor porque hace que la experiencia no sea tan buena como podría ser.

The area was good, close to shops and food.

Was very hard to open the door, it was getting jammed. The bathroom was dirty and the window would not close. The apartment was also smelly.

Seit gefühlt Jahrzehnten nicht mehr renoviert. Zustellbett war nur eine Klappliege und defekt. Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht schließen. Wird seit Jahren in den Bewertungen bemängelt. Wasser aus der Dusche läuft ins Bad hinein. Wohnung riecht extrem schlecht und war nur mit offenem Fenster zu ertragen. Dann aber laut da Straßenseite.

There was a permanent terrible stench coming from the bathroom, there was no place to sit besides the small dining table. The one bedroom door was dangerously broken had pulled out of the wall. Not child friendly at all and was on the 4th floor. On 2 occasions had homeless people sleeping on the stairs inside the building.

The place has a great location and it is easy to park your car to unload your luggage. The apartment is comfortable for a big family since it has more than 1 bathroom. The owner is nice and helpful. The rooms and bed were clean. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Unfortunately the building is a bit old and there is a smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom towels were a bit old and grayish.
