Riverside Apartment 42 - Lisbon

Gostei que a acomodação era muito perto do elétrico e do auto bus. É bem próxima de todos os locais turísticos de Belém, eu adorei! Tem várias vendas e mercearias próximas. Eu fiquei 3 semanas e na metade da hospedagem, a proprietária me contatou pedindo se eu precisava de mais toalhas limpas, uma vez que estava chovendo e frio e a maquina de lavar (só lava, não é lava e seca).

O que acho que pode melhorar é que quando cheguei o chão estava com bastante poeira, precisei varrer tudo de novo, e o sabonete que estava no box era um em barra e estava usado, exceto isso, foi tudo muito bom!

Ottima posizione rispetto al Centro Culturale di Belem, anche sede di Congressi. Bellissima zona! Piccola casa singola situata in una particolarissima stradina chiusa, con tutto il necessario, aria condizionata e deumidificatore. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile.

Sicuramente ottima per una coppia, perché la stanza sul soppalco è molto carina e curata. Io ho avuto necessità di utilizzare anche il divano letto nella zona soggiorno che quindi è diventata meno agibile. Però il divano letto è abbastanza comodo. Quindi nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.

Everything was just splendid. The house was clean and it really had everything we could possibly need. The key being in a lockbox made check-in flexible. The location is great, walking distance to popular touristic places. It also is very close to the congress center. Mercedes herself also is a kind person who promptly responded every request. We couldn't hear the neigbour's dog everyone kept mentioning but there is a cute cat around the neighbourhood as a plus. After spending a day in the property we wanted to extend our trip but unfortunately it already was booked. Until next time...

Nothing is bad. A suggestion could be adding a shelf near the mirror in the bathroom to put comb/make-up stuff on.

Very charming studio apartment! Cosy and homely, clean and well equipped. Secluded street yet easy access to public transport. Near to major attractions.

Humidity inside the studio was high, not a big problem for us but our laundry would not get quite dry even after 3 days.
