Pedro was very helpful and friendly and good at explaining what we needed to know about apartment and location. Helped us find parking. Was helpful in offering other advice and answering questions. Apartment was relatively clean, had most amenities, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Location worked well for us. We really appreciated the booklet that had all directions and also tips on sight seeing.

We were there during a heat wave and felt that the a/c unit worked for all areas except the back main bedroom. The bedroom doors had to be kept open to get any air at all. We understand that a 2nd A/c unit may be installed, which would help greatly.

The location was good. The metro is very near. The accommodation is well laid out. The host is excellent and made check in easy. Would highly recommend

Unbeatable location and comfortable apartment with the two bedrooms and a large bathroom: perfect for families.

We were unlucky that the stove didn’t work so we couldn’t cook and the shower wasn’t draining super well but we managed. We also had one towel each and one pillow each which was ok but we did have to manage for a whole week.

Great, quiet location. Very walkable to the tourist areas of Lisbon. Apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The manager was SO HELPFUL and was a great introduction to Portugal. He got us all set up in the apartment and have good advice for places to go an suggestions for visiting Sintra.

Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Late check-in was possible. Beds were comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. Location is convenient for both walking and taking public transport.

This first floor apartment (minimal stairs!) was large, clean, and comfortable with modern features where needed. Good location with a grocery nearby and easy walking distance to the riverfront commercial plaza. The host always responded quickly, he met us there and was very gracious, giving us lots of advice on navigating Lisbon and Sintra. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

No problems except minor flooding of the bathroom when my wife and I showered the last day. The host was very attentive so I’m sure others won’t have problems.

Super location!
