"very dirty accommodation, not properly cleaned. the pictures on Booking.com are very misleading."

misleading pictures advertising the accommodation. mold in the kitchen and bathrooms. no ventilation in the back room. keys did not open the sliding security gate, no access to the stoep for two days. breakages deposit increased from R1000.00 to R1500.00 and not paid back. a terrible experience. will never use Booking.com again
