The surroundings, there are nyaope people, there are burnt building, buildings that looks like waste building l, doesn't have a sense of safety

The location was excellent, a few minutes from the beach. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

If possible provide options for breakfast for those who may need.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Ushaka Marine.

Service was bad, on arrival it was raining and security refused our driver to drop us close to the reception. When arriving at reception, we waited while they seaching for the booking. The lady arrived who was supposed to help but a minute she arrived, the cellphone rang which I think it's a work cellphone, she answered the phone without apologizing to us, she went on and on with phone while we are sitting there waiting and we were cold from the rain. After few minutes, she gave us a key and told us the apartment number directing us seated there, I asked her where is the lift or elevator but she was not interested at all. There was 2 days where electricity went off, second day we met the reception lady and she spoke to us in Zulu language which I obviously don't know but I think she said we must not use the lift because there is no electricity which I found it rude to address us not in English to inform us properly that there is no electricity and is it coming back. Overall, the service is very bad and will not book at Tenbury ever again.
