I requested early check in and was told I was going to be called back- No call back was received. Key collection is out of the way and inconvenient. No information except address was given we needed to call to find out where the unit was and were we could park.

We used an Uber to get there, so having to pick up and drop off keys from a location far away from the apartment was an inconvenience, and we were only told about this 2 days prior to arrival
