Key collection method

The fact that you have to collect the keys to another location it's an inconvenience and also dropping it off when we check out

The location was fantastic and the accommodation very comfortable.

Instructions on where to park. Which key for what. # keys on the key ring and we had to try each one to discover which was for where. They were colour coded so it would be so easy to say Green key for security gate etc. Instructions on where and how to use the gate to the promenade. We thought we had the wrong code as we could not get it open until someone explained to us you had to be quick and push extra hard. Small things but would have helped to know

Position of property

I in fact used no 16. Dank smell.......i am from the coast and understand usual dampness........ this was a dank musty smell. Shower door was broken and obviously has been for a long while

Excellent view

TV did not work. Signal weak and last 3 days of our stay no TV reception at all. We did report it but was never fixed.
