Lage, Ausstattung und die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl in der Unterkunft. Die Treppen in das Appartement im Dachgeschoss halten einen fit 😀 Die Lage ist top. Direkt an der Tram Linie 28. Fußläufig ca 20 Minuten bergab in das Zentrum von Lissabon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nothing much

There was a strange smell, and at night it became clear why: a large number of cockroaches were crawling through the apartment. Quite disgusting and unacceptable. No one slept that night, and in the morning we booked another hotel and left. This apartment should not be recommended by Booking.com.

It was well lit, spacious, and in an ideal area for restaurants and the Tagus river. The support team were very helpful and friendly, we really appreciated their hospitality.

The garbage trucks picked up garbage late at night and were really loud. It was not sound proof. The flooring was not easy to keep clean because of the type of material used for the tiles. The grout in between the tiles weren’t very clean. The bathroom tub should have handles to grip, because the bathtub was really high and difficult to get into. The tub was small and slippery, so a bathtub mat would have been useful. Also, the metal caddy for the shower gel and shampoo was rusted out and black flakes would fall off around the tub.

Duf Matratzen sind sehr hart. Die Hochstühle in der Küche sind aus Metall und sehr unbequem. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt ubd fleckig . Man sitzt auf den Sprungfedern und kann sie eigentlich nicht benutzen. Die Tram fährt direkt am Gebäude und es ist ziemlich laut. Wir mussten mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen.

The apartment was exactly as described, very spacious with all the facilities needed for a shirt ir longer stay. It was spotlessly clean & although situated on a busy road very quiet at night.

The entrance & hallway could be smarter.

Really easy to hear the neighbors above and when they went up & down stairs. Ideally those neighbors should be told to remain as quiet as possible, especially in the staircase and when late at night.

A perfect place for a family. The location is lovely, surrounded by local restaurants, a bakery across the street, a tram stop just around the corner. The apartment was clean and cosy and had comfortable beds, a great bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We didn't meet the hosts in person, but the communication with them was always pleasant and uncomplicated. We really appreciated the clear instructions and tips about the area. Those were spot-on!
