Great hosts: even came to apartment to welcome and explain. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and even with nice balcony. Very well located, can walk to all nice restaurants and shops. We had late flight, hosts even helped with storage of suitcases after checkout.

The building is old and noisy, especially because we had neighbours above who made a lot of noise. On other hand, well isolated to front (no noise from busy road at all!). Beds are ok, but for us too small (large Dutch family).

Lovely location, the Graça neighbourhood has a lot of charm. Nicely decorated, comfortable, charm of old details like the doors combined with modern touch and comfort, we felt “at home”. Super nice and available hosts, who not only provide a “what to see” list and restaurant tips, but also check in to see all is fine, and provide a very nice welcome gift for the tastebuds. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, several food stores, the famous 28 tram, stunning viewpoints over Lisbon. Warmly recommended.

There is nothing we disliked at all, on the contrary it’s an absolutely charming apartment, but it would have been great with some more open shelving (to preserve the space but allow storing clothes) in the smaller bedroom for a stay of almost 1 week. This being said, we fully understand that it’s not easy, as angles under the windows (with sea view!) are not straight. So this comment is more of a “creative challenge” for a really good carpenter who could work with those angles :-)

The location could not be beat! Great restaurants right out the door. Walking distance to Alfama district, pink street and amazing views. The Nest team was amazing! They provided a cot/high chair/baby bath for my 3mo and 2.5yr old. Highly responsive on what’s app and incredibly accommodating!

The only con was the three flights of narrow stairs to get to the apartment. But the hike was worth it!

The apartment was lovely and clean, the kitchen had all the equipment you’d need to make small meals and the little outdoor seating area was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. It was in a great location with plenty of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and a pharmacy and little supermarket over the road. It was super quiet with shutters to make the bedrooms really dark at night.

Nothing

From the beginning to the end our stay was fantastic despite the unseasonable weather. The company offered to take our bags as the apartment was being cleaned which was incredibly generous. The location is perfect although be warned you are on the top of a hill. It was a beautiful apartment tastefully decorated whilst also being homely. Every detail had been thought of from the welcome basket to the utensils.

The apartment is at the top of some stairs. They were steep but fine.

The location was great, lots of restaurants, bakeries, ice cream in the vicinity. Quite lively during day time, but not noisy. The host provided us with a nice welcome package with a wine bottle, biscuits, and coffee.

On our first night the door bell buzzer went off in the middle of the night and wouldn't stop. We got in touch with the host via Whatsapp and managed to resolve the problem. Very helpful host and good piece of mind to have the capability to get in touch quickly even during night time. Could do with a few more cups and glasses etc.
