Exquisite place to stay. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The staff and owners are kind, inviting and personable. The views over the city are beautiful. It’s a short walk into Naoussa along the beachfront.

The location and staff were amazing

I loved everything

As pictured, the grounds are beautiful. Vagilis and his wife Maria are lovely people. It’s located just outside of town so you can walk to Noussa but it’s also quiet and peaceful. The food at the hotel is excellent.

Do NOT expect a luxury stay here. This is run like an air bnb. The things you might expect do not exist. There is no front desk staff. The Wi-Fi on the property does not work. There were many days where I did not have towels (i had to walk to the pool to take towels for a shower). There are no robes, no toiletry kits (qtips, shower cap, face cottons etc). I had staff walk into my hotel room when I was not wearing clothes (i asked them to come back later) but they insisted they needed to see if I had used anything from the mini bar overnight, so I was wrapped in a blanket in my room when this woman looked in my fridge. They are a new property — there is still construction going on and the staff is not equipped to run a luxury hotel.

Quiet, nice and clean rooms. The pool is also very nice and the property is close to Little Santa Maria Beach (not to be confused with the rowdy Santa Maria beach) a very nice, calm and quiet beach. The staff are exceptional at all levels, from the check in to check out the process was excellent (including allowing to use the room until we had to leave for our flight as the room wasn’t booked. That’s never happened!)

Wonderful boutique property. Owner and staff were most welcoming and helpful. Tastefully decorated and appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Would suggest having "beach amenities" available for guests to check out (perhaps a nice beach bag with towels, beach chairs and an option for a picnic lunch/snacks). Location is convenient to Naoussa.

The lovely couple owners and their impeccable hospitality stands out at Kosmitis, and is only complemented by the amazing attentiveness, the tiresome efforts and smiles of their staff, who are all taking customer service to a totally new level. We feel we’ve made friends while staying at the property and had the most magical time. You can tell when a property is spotless when you don’t want to leave, and this is the case with Kosmitis. The chef and the bar staff are incredibly talented, and the food and cocktails super tasty, fresh and keeping everything close to traditional Greek gastronomy. Property is also quiet, secluded and has all you need, while just a 10-15 min walk from Naoussa’s nightlife, restaurants and shops. Can’t recommend enough for your stay in Paros.
