FLH Marquês Homey Apartment

Good location in a quiet area close to Rato Metro, which is the last stop on the yellow line. Be prepared when coming out of the station as it's about 5 minutes walk up hill on cobbled pavements! This is probably one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in and it's exactly like the photos shown. Love the switches that operate the blinds and the heated mirror in the bathroom is great at stopping them steaming up. Kitchen is equipped with high quality SMEG appliances and has all necessary utensils for cooking. The AC worked well and cooled the flat down quickly and there's also satellite TV with all channels available. At approximately 800 sq ft, the flat has more than enough space for me as a solo traveller, but not sure how suitable it would be for families as there is only 1 bedroom. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I'd happily stay here again if I come back to Lisbon.

The check in process could have been smoother if my calls were answered. When I reached the building, I tried calling the company several times but no one picked up. After 5-10 mins of trying, I checked my phone and only realised they had messaged me via Whatsapp.
