It was very modern and clean. The main room was very big and the kitchen had all the necessary facilities.

The shower is quite small.

The staff was incredibly kind! They allowed us to check in early and helped with our luggage. The room was fantastic. Exactly as described - lots of space, functioning in suite laundry washer/dryer, and kitchen with all utensils and equipment needed.

It was a little bit of a walk to the downtown area and there’s no side walk. However, it was quiet and we knew what to expect in advance.

Property is much closer to the main shops that it seemed on google maps. Lovely outside areas and very easy to navigate to and around the property. Very Clean and well stocked with necessities.

Perfect Location, quiet area, nice and comfortable bed

1) The bathroom of the apartment was too small and the shower so close to the toilet. As a result, the whole bathroom (including the toilet) was full of water every time we were having a bath. 2) Customer Service was horrible! the General Manager (who seemed to be the owner) promised to us that the cleaners would have come to change our towels the second day (because we said the one became dirty) but nobody came and nobody informed us! Same happened the following day in which we had a big issue with the bathroom plumbing and the sewer! To be more specific, the toilet clog caused bad smell and dirtiness to the bathroom and after the plumber came to fix it, the bathroom was dirty and there was a bad smell! Nobody came to clean the dirty bathroom even if they promised that someone would come! We called the owner twice and after a while when she finally messaged us, she said that this is the first time that the cleaning services were not responding and she blamed them instead of taking ownership of the incident!
