the location was handy to all the main spots and food options

there were no teal towels for drying dishes no coffee or salt and pepper there were two of us and we were there for two nights and only 3 shampoo satchels had to keep curtain closed all the time because neighbouring properties could see directly in...the balcony was for cosmetic purposes only has a very clinical feel ..and whilst the place appeared clean it felt unclean underfoot mirrors in bathroom and grout near shower need attention mattress was dirty

Lovely small place in a really nice location!

The last night of staying one bed broke down. It was late at night and I didn’t want to cause any trouble, so I managed to to sleep, but, I thing that bed needs an extra leg support to avoid happening again to someone else. That’s all!

How to get to the apartment was escape room like. Far from the actual apartment. If you are with a car, you will need an hour to get the keys, park and get to the apartment. Beds were squicky, noisy.

Very quiet, clean and well equipped.

We had a lot of space and comfort with private bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is in an excellent location for tourism close to many restaurants, bars, coffee houses and city sight.

The mattresses were soft and were the most comfortable of all the places I stayed in Portugal. Room was very quiet. It was a great deal, especially considering the room had 3 beds and the room was spacious and included a kitchen. It was nice that you could leave your luggage at the main office (2 kms away) if you arrive before check in time.

Excellent location, shops, restaurants nearby, spacious and well equipped apartment.

Key collection in completely different location.

Good Location, near to attractions area Free car parking under the building with a private entrance The place space was convenient The bathroom space and equipment were good with a special bidet The main building entrance is secured with a security guard and a key Towels, pillows, toiletries, and bed sheets were provided. The kitchen was convenient and well-equipped Everything inside the room was the same as the photos and the description on the Booking.com page.

- The collecting keys process, you have to go to the office which is almost 3km away from the room, and find a sport to park, I parked in the public parking with fees then went to finalize the collecting keys process and pay the city tax then go to the room. - The check-in and entering the car parking first time, you have to park in the street and it is a tramway lane then go to the room to find the parking gate remote control and go back to circle with the car around the building to find the parking gate and then get inside the parking. - The check-out process, is to park your car outside the building and then go back to the room leave the room keys and the car parking gate remote control inside the room, and then leave.

The location

The key pickup and the actual room are in two different locations, which means you have to drag your luggage across the hills of Lisbon from one place to the other. There was a capsule coffee machine, but no coffee available. Some complimentary coffe would have been nice, otherwise the machine is kind of pointless. For a 1-2 night stay, I'm not going to buy specific capsules for that machine.
