Bright and spacious three bedroom apt in the heart of Lisbon

The host was very accessible at any time using Whatsapp. She met us at the facility, giving us an orientation and explaining some of the highlights of the city near at hand. Our flight was delayed several hours, yet Susana was able to accommodate us and keep the transport service on hand despite our late arrival. Facility was very clean, attractive and well appointed. Adequate towels, soap, shampoo, coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine provided.

The only issue was the temperature control in one of the showers could not be regulated. Water was way too hot and could not be mixed with cold water very well.

5 out of 5. Location was perfect, adjacent Carmo Convent. Access to train station and metro was 5-7 minute walk. Stroll to Miradouro de Sao Pedro was 10-15 minutes, and allowed breathtaking views especially at sunset. A few grocery and convenience stores nearby. Restaurants abound in every direction. Safe area such that I allowed my teenagers to walk home after dark. Besides location, the unit presented as recently renovated, was well laid out and stocked with needed items. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Showers and water pressure were great. Washing machine with dryer was a huge plus for my family. Sleeper sofa in living area was bigger than expected and very comfortable, if needed. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Bernardo was accessible and helpful.

AC unit in master bedroom was weak; recommend recharging. No AC in common living area was disappointing; an additional unit is recommended. Some of shelving in master bedroom should be replaced sooner rather than later. However, these items were minor and overall we loved out stay and would highly recommend.

The property was in a good location and Bernardo was very polite and helpful when we arrived. His colleague (lady) don’t know her name, was called to help us with a WiFi problem and how to run the dryer. WIFI problem was solved before she came however, despite having instructions in the booklet and someone coming to help us, the dryer was unable to be used. This was very frustrating as we needed to use the washer and dryer and had booked the property with that in mind. Otherwise everything was great!
