First, it was a hassle to get in the place itself as the owner did not reply to any of my messages for 15-20 minutes and when he picked up on my call, he shut down after I raised the question of him not replying and he asked me to beg and apologize to get the code to open the door. Then, after we got inside, the electricity worked as first but after we turned on the heater for 10 minutes, the electricity of the whole apartment shut down. I contacted the host again and followed his guide to reset the power, we got the electricity back on but it shut down again after 5min. I tried to cooperate with him, tested every equipment to find out that even when not using the heater and if we plugged in any devices or used any other equipment such as stove or microwave, the electricity would shut down after 3 mins. The owner contacted the electricity company and told me it would be fixed the next day. However, it was 10 degree and it was super cold. I asked for refund and was told by the owner that he would give the full refund to us if the electricity is still not fixed on the next day, Then, We had to sleep in the under 10 degrees weather to find out that the electricity was not fixed in the morning still. We were all sick and got a flu. Finally, we had no choice but contacting the host and asked to refund. He asked for videos as proof and we sent it. And he texted me back that he would cancel the booking and gave us the full refund. Afterwards, he did not reply to any of my messages or my calls for the whole week. I tried to contact Booking.com many times and Booking.com team is completely not responsible for this and told me I needed to talk with the host by myself. But he blocked me. SO PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. THIS IS A SCAM AND NEITHER THE HOST OR BOOKING.COM TEAM WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOSS OF MONEY.

Extremely well-located, cute little oasis in the center of Lisbon. Management was responsive and friendly.

Definitely could have been better equipped. I understand this isn’t necessary, but the little things wouldve been nice. Only one roll of toilet paper, very minimal cleaning supplies, dishes were still dirty with no detergent, no paper towels, etc.

Das Apartment ist von der Architektur her sehr gut/interessant/zweckmäßig gelungen in diesem alten Haus. Aufgrund der vielen Bilder und der netten Einrichtung fühlt man sich sofort sehr wohl.

Leider war es sehr schmutzig. Das Geschirr musste erst nachgespült werden, die Böden, vor allem im Badezimmer, waren schmutzig, der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist etwas ekelig. Zudem riecht es extrem modrig in der Wohnung. Selbst mit lüften und Räucherstäbchen gab es keine Änderung. Die ganze Kleidung roch danach.
