Humidity was crazy, water was always overflowing the bathroom, pretty dusty

The only positive thing was the neighbourhood, it was calm and generally okay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and were really disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all. It is far too expensive for what you actually get. First of all, the hygiene was very poor. The apartment, including the linen and towels, smelled humid and old throughout the entire stay, even though we kept the windows open the whole time. The linens and towels were not changed once during our full week-long stay. The apartment was also full of bugs, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the apartment was much smaller than shown in the pictures. It’s hard for even one person to fit comfortably, let alone two. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

I liked the location , very well at Alfama and near the port and train station

I did not like, first that the management were not there until my arrival and I had to pick the kids like 15 minutes away in an up hill. That was around 7pm. They dont have lock box but in addition I have never had to go and pick keys so far at those times. I did not like the smell of the room, it smelt not only to humid but also to tobacco. In addition there is not AC or Heater which contributed to constant humid and tobacco smell The bathroom door handle is broken so if you close the bathroom completely , it will be a hard time to open it

Location was very good

Photos deceived us as the room was damp, with little too no ventilation, there was a hole in the wall for the water tank sticking out , insects crawling all over the room at night time, the beds (small couch and a mattress on the floor) was too small to fit 2 people. Only provided one single blanket, as the pull out mattress on the floor had no blanket. The was a lamp shade full of dust. Wall around window was not in good condition, cracks showing all around and wet walls. The location was perfect and the place needs this adjustment, has the potential to be more comfortable, just needs attention. Not worth the value for the property.

Excellent location. Staff was flexible allowing me to check in at 1 pm instead of 4 pm after arriving at 8 am on a red eye when it was pouring rain.

Apartment was smaller than anticipated (don’t see how it can be used by more than 1 person). TV didn’t work. Entrance to building is next to a slick slope of tile sidewalk which is a challenge with luggage in the rain.

to be honest nothing !

the apartment is very very very small. There is no fresh air to breathe !! there are no air conditioners. The walls are very thin, absolutely everything that happens can be heard. Feels unsafe.

Good location

Very small, incredibly small. It’s hard for 1 people to stay there, not saying about 2 or more

Next to the center and to the public transport

The room and the bathroom are super small, there are only two single beds. You can either sleep or eat!
