Sao Paulo Apartment

This place could not have been any closer to all of the major attractions in Lisbon. The Time Out market, Bica Funicular, Pink Street are all 1 block away. It's a short 5-7 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Commercio, Barrio Alto, Chiado areas and there is a hop on, hop-off stop about 2 blocks away at the train station. The windows are well sealed so you get a good night's sleep even with all of the festivities outside.

It's an older building so walls are thin. There are signs posted not to make any noise after 11:00 pm but not everyone in the building necessarily abides by it. There was a chihuahua that barked a lot that we could hear while watching TV.

Great service from host. Having someone meet us on arrival and make sure we got in OK and got wifi working etc. They also gave me really useful recommendations

The apartment was in an amazing location, wiithin easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. It was spotless & was well equipped. There were some cafes just outside the apartment that were perfect for breakfast. The Time Out Food Market, Pink Street & the funicular were all within 5 minutes walk. Paula met us & she was very friendly & gave us lots of recommendations on where to go & what to do. Would definitely stay there again.

There was a damp smell in the corridors outside but it didn't affect the inside of the apartment.

Pretty noisy road in the night since near the party and boozing area. There are more short-stay flats in the building and some guests ignored all house rules and were very noisy. Party guests of a flat further down rang the our door bell till late in the night, trying to get access to the building.

The apatment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped which allowed us to prepare dinner every day. There was even a blender if you wanted make smoothies from fresh fruit that you could easily buy nearby. The location is perfect just in the middle of main sightseeing and few minutes walk to train station. The owner was really nice and kept in touch with is prior arrival. It was also very quiet.

Apartment is excellent, good location. Everything you need is near, like shops, restaurants, market. A lots of city transport possibilities. Fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, working area, excelant internet, two seperate bedrooms, excelant bathroom and especialy shower.

On weekends it tends to be noisy at evenings and night, because of people partying and yelling from nearby bars and gathering spots.

ALL: The apartment is big, with many storage spaces, a desk, pens! with many windows! no open outlook! Household electrical appliances fabulous! Bosch, silent dishwasher! Fabulous Italian shower! Close to Metro, restaurants, local supermarket …
