My Mouraria Suites

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes y puntos de interés turístico, como el mirador Santa Lucia, funincular da Graça y uno de los mejores puntos panoramicos de Lisboa, como es el Jardim da Cerca da Graça. El lugar es espacioso para dos personas, 3 un poquito apretadas. Es muy silencioso de noche para encontrarse en un area bastante concurrida. Siempre hay que recordar que es una zona de colinas y cargar la valija hasta allí fue un desafió, pero tambien llegan los taxis hasta allí.

Very steep stairs up to apartment.

Great location to explore the city, not too far away from the nearest supermarket. Property is spacious and airy.

Floor wasn’t overly clean, but great other than that.

The apartment and its amenities are comfortable once you've accessed it by the challenging staircase.

Going up or down the steep 15 steps staircase to the first floor felt like a hazard to me each time and I have to grab the metal railing for dear life. The only reference given for the accessibility is by stairway to the upper floor. This is not sufficient information for seniors, people with slight physical challenges or travellers with even a normal hold luggage. In short, the message should read "Not suitable for Seniors or persons with any levels of physical challenge". The property half doorway access is on a steep downhill incline and you have to wriggle your way in with your luggage.

Die Lage war sehr gut, auch wenn die Straße laut ist. Die Fenster halten den Lärm aber gut weg. Das Bett war bequem.

Das Sofa war kaputt oder duchgelegen/ nicht bequem. Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, waren aber sauber.

I wish I could give zero stars. The property is infested with bed bugs, leaving us with painful bites. Furthermore, the listing is a complete lie: there is no balcony and no washing machine as advertised. The bathroom was so small we had to climb over the toilet to get into it! Access is via dangerous, undisclosed steps. This property is unsafe and unsanitary and located in an unsafe drug dealing neighborhood. The host is rude and accused me of lying despite my evidence. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully Booking.com did believe me due to all my evidence and they have refunded me!
