Modern apartment in the heart of the city

I stayed here 9 nights my experience was amazing the location is great 5-10 mins walking to central square the apartment was clean the bed was so comfortable the tv is big and has netflix on it the host was polite it had some imperfections that could be improved such as lack of cooking tools such as big knives and other stuff is made more to eat rather than cooking also the stove is pretty close to the sink which was annoying but not a big deal in my opinion the bathroom was clean and modern but lil bit small . There’s no smoking odor or any other smell . The room has good shutters overall 9.5/10 also if u see this apartment available don’t hesitate too much cuz it get booked really fast and almost never available due to the good price ( one of the cheapest when i was searching )

A bizarre smell

• Nice location • I had to use the iron and it was really good. Finally one that didn’t leave brown spots on the clothes, it seemed new to me.

• The shower was TOTALLY filled with black mold. We could not believe our eyes. The whole bathroom was very small, so we were really careful in the shower not to touch the walls or the shower hose because it was really drown into black mold. Sometimes, I wondered if the owner of the place really visits it, because the sewer really stinks (or I don’t know where it came from in the bathroom). • Also, the tap in the bathroom in the wash basin was really hard to open without having water everywhere. It should be repaired/changed (the tap in the kitchen was fine). • We also didn’t like the air conditioner. It makes really loud noises in intervals and it is located in the kitchen. Specially now, in June (and summer itself), it is extremely hot in the room during sleeping, so it is impossible to sleep without opened door, but then we can hear everything from the main hall as the neighbors make really loud noises after 10pm. So we just had to ignore the loud noises both from the air conditioner and the neighbors to even be able to sleep properly…

Location

The flat has a strong odor of smoke, even if add stated differently. I suffer of rhinitis asthma and I couldn't sleep well because the smoke caused my rhinitis and asthma to show up. Air conditioner unit in the kitchen only not really helping to cool down bedroom's temperature. Would expect to find some amenities in the bathroom as well.
