The apartment is quite good, location is amazing, and the personnal very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is poorly insulated from the inner noise in the building. From outside we heard nothing, but this is a quiet corner.

Zentrale Lage, die sehr gut zu erreichen war, außerdem konnte man fußläufig viele Punkte in der Innenstadt erreichen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und der Kontakt wirklich sehr nett.

Das Badezimmer ist leider wirklich sehr klein und von größeren Personen schwierig zu nutzen. Die Badezimmertür schloss nicht richtig und konnte dadurch maximal angelehnt werden. Zudem musste man aus dem Bad rausgehen, um die Tür der Dusche zu öffnen. Die Wohnung war leider nicht besonders sauber, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Außerdem waren ein paar Flecken an der Bettwäsche. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung war sehr hoch, sodass z.B. Handtücher nicht wirklich getrocknet sind. Das gesamte Haus war zudem wirklich sehr hellhörig, sodass man sehr viel aus anderen Wohnungen und dem Treppenhaus gehört hat.

I very much liked the location in the heart of the fado district in Alfama and next to an ancient wall - the ‘old fence’ in the name. There are mini-mercado’s, restaurants, major landmarks , the waterfront and Santa Apollonia train station all within 2-10 minutes walking. Two seperate bedrooms is a bonus, I had slept on sofa beds often through this trip. The apartment is also on the ground floor, which means something in Lisboa! And it’s groovy. 💕 The check-in process was the easiest of all in the month I was in Portugal & Spain.

There’s nothing to dislike. I’m happy we finished this trip on a high note in this apartment.

Para bañarse es muy incomodo y un poco peligroso por que la bañera es alta a la hora de entrar y salir de ducharse

Low standard of maintenance and cleaning. Hard to find using 3 different map apps. Noisy street scene at night.
