The apartment is nice but lacks maintenance. Old and broken front door, we were locked out twice, bathrooms without windows, terrace invaded by insects, it was not possible to open the terrace windows because of the insects, nor those of the kitchen because of a very noisy restaurant that grills all day, they smoked our vacation. Host absent never seen. DO NOT GO THERE

Awesome location, absolutely perfect for seeing the old Lisbon and a great ‘going-our’/eating neighbourhood. Generally a good refurbished apartment.

Door was fiddly, beds were rather uncomfortable and pillows were aweful - would expect better for the price paid.

Novel apartment located above a little square with Pateo 43 restaurant. Beautiful, stylish, clean, and centrally located an historical neighbourhood. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in the historical Alfama district, within walking distance from the Lisbon Cathedral, Sao Jorge Castle and the Pantheon. Lots of restaurants and small shops. It is also at about 10 min walk from Santa Apolonia train/metro station. The apartment was on the third floor in an old building and is very nicely renovated. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow, I would not recommend it if you have big and heavy suitcases or for persons with mobility issues. The restaurant downstairs, Patio 13, has very good food and drinks at a reasonable price and it gets full at around 8:00 pm. I recommend this lovely apartment, it is a very good value and very pretty if you want to stay in the old town.

The location is perfect, close enough to everything and quiete at night. The flat in general was clean and had most of the things that anyone need for a holiday. It has a nice natural light during the day, on the first floor. It was easy to check in and out.

The bed sheets in the 2 single bed were dirty, one of the towels and shower maths arrived in the second day. We had to buy washing up liquid, sugar (just for 4 days), hand soap and toilet paper were there but just about to last for our stay.

Toilet with the view on internal mini-garden, wonderful view from windows, best fish restaurant next to the house.

The code for safebox was wrong, but the landlord resend new one very fast.

Excellent location, just off the main road and close to Santa Apolonia station.

Some very noisy early mornings. The bottle bins get collected almost every night. Incredibly noisy!
