Modern 1BDR in Downtown Lisbon by LovelyStay

Great location, very close to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was located on the first floor. You can hear some noise from outside at night, but that's understandable considering the location. It wasn't loud enough to disturb us. Excellent service. I contacted the hosts over whatsapp, and the response time was very quick, within minutes, even during the later hours of the evening. They were very helpful. Instructions on locating and accessing the apartment were provided via email and whatsapp. Bed was comfortable - no complaints. The shower was also nice. Hot water and good pressure. Bodywash and towels provided. There are x2 air conditioning units present in both rooms and in good working condition if needed. Overall, I was very happy and would definitely stay again.

We found a plaster/bandage underneath our bedcovers. We understand things can be left by accident, but I thought this in particular was quite unhygienic and made us a little uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. But when I expressed my concerns, the team was apologetic and quick to respond.

Very quits and very easy to use.

The microwave to high. No drinking bottle water. Dish drops.

Very noisy when windows & shutters are not shut (first floor aptmt. directly above busy road & crosscroad). Cleanliness was poor upon arrival. Entire floor was very sticky and intense smell of chlorine. Housekeeping returned on second day after calling the management.

Only the location was ok… but also that wasn’t that that good. It is located on the crossroad of a very very busy and noisy road.

The appartment was smelly and very dirty, the sheets were torn. The floor was sticky and stained… the shower was full of mold and other awful dirt. Not just the bathroom was disgustingly smelly, also the whole appartment smelled very bad. I have honeslty never stayed in that expensive yet disgusting appartment. It is rated as a 4* apartment which is obviously a scam. They did refund us a 45eur cleaning fee, but this doesn’t pay off the worst experience ever.
