"If we had known the condition of the apartment, we would never have rented it."

The facilities are not in good conditions to stay. The shutters and the window doors were broken and we could not be opened for ventilation or to sleep without light of the streets (living room and one of the rooms). In addition, when we arrived to the apartment, we have not the bathtub curtain. We told everything to the property (FLH) the first day to fix all but only fix (the third day of four) the curtain of the bathtub.

need to go to different places to pick up key before go to apartment. staff gave lots of CODE & 2 keys, but not instruction about which code for what.
