The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, just a couple blocks away from the Metro with many good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I was able to check in early as my flight arrived a couple hours before 4 pm.

The stairs up are steep, which is not a problem unless you have a lot of luggage.

Clean apartment & it was nice to have an apartment that has space & cooking facilities, easy to access metro or walk 1-1.5km to most places.

VERY noisy - the fan is so loud, the bins on street get picked up every morning so wakes you up. You can hear the neighbours walking around/talking, we got woken up by what sounded like someone checking in quite late so loud one night, the stairs for next floor are right next to the bedroom so you could hear everything. The bedroom does not have a door on it so the light from the next room comes in as that room only has a curtain. If you need good nights rest this is definitely not the place for you.

It’s so loud here — construction works around, garbage collection. No chance to sleep The apartment looks better in the pictures - rather old and weary No TV The bed is so stiff and the sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep on Only one key was given which is not easy for 3 adults found their own things and the ringer is not working

The apartment has no Tv, but is not a big problem... only for looking for a catch

VERY noisy appartment. Very loud people upstairs, you can hear every footstep and it sounds like there are elephants walking keeping you awake at night and waking you up in the morning. The shower doesn't drain so it floods the bathroom everytime you use it. The bathroom is basically in the kitchen and the door is a sliding door that doesnt keep the smell nor the noisy inside.... keep that in mind.

The flat was clean and nice with a good location! Metro stop Avenida was really close and cafes and restaurants were also really close by. There was a small kitchen for cooking.

Five-star location, great homeowner and overall a nice place
