El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y tiene los servicios necesarios para un estancia agradable de un grupo de 8/10 personas.

Las camas no son gran cosa y el tener solo un baño es un punto negativo a tener en cuenta en un apartamento de ese tamaño.

l'appartement était vieillot et sale, cuisine avec un vieux lino collant. Plancher grinçant, portes qui coincent, chaises bancales, chambres qui ressemblent à des cellules, ventilateurs qui ne fonctionnaient pas tous, aucune insonorisation. Il manque des rideaux opaques pour empêcher la lumière et chaleur de rentrer dans les chambres, une fournaise en plein été.

Le nombre de chambre, l emplacement à 10 mn du métro, quartier tranquille, magasin d alimentions et restaurant à proximité

2 eme étage escaliers étroits et raides, les fenêtres de la salle de bain ne fermaient pas complètement, souris dans le placo qui grattaient
