Domus Lavinia

The apartment was beautiful. Location amazing. It has a grocery store and a cafe close by. Bus stop is just in front of the appartment. Enzo, the host, and Elio (the owner) are the excellent people. They would provide you with any recommendations you may need to move around. I will be recommending this place to anyone that would like to come tp Amalfi coast.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Elio and Enzo were very welcoming and happy to help in any situation. The apartment was very clean and decorated with Elio's own art. In the apartment there were maps and schedules for the buses and the ferry. The location was great, as the bus station was just across the street and Furore is just 2 stations away from Amalfi.

The only thing that was not ideal, was the fact that right in front of the apartment there was an event taking place, that was pretty loud (not the owners fault obviously). The windows were not so thick and you could hear a lot from the outside.

Big apartment with fully equipped kitchen, Great location well connected via bus to Amalfi (25min) and the other places in the Costiera. It even has a garage, and it's located 50 meters from an excellent bar and a fully equipped mini market and an excellent restaurant. There is also an open space sort of a "square" in front of the apartment so the kids could play outside

Domus Lavinia is a very clean & spacious upstairs apartment with great views from the main bedroom & balcony of the Amalfi coast. The bus stops directly across the road from the apartment and will take you to Amalfi where you can connect to another bus that goes to Ravello or in the other direction the bus goes all the way to Sorrento stopping at many of the seaside villages including Positano. The café/bar next door serves good local food and also sells the bus tickets and there is small supermarket a further 50 metres away sells great local produce plus wine, beer & spirits and couple of doors further down is a pharmacy. All very convenient but to top it all off is the host Elio who is an absolute gentleman and quite simply is the nicest and most helpful person my wife and I have ever had the pleasure off meeting in any of our travels around the world. Always ready to help with anything, nothing was a problem.

We couldn't fault our stay, our only advise would be to make sure you get the correct bus timetable from the café/bar next door and don't forget to wave the driver down otherwise the bus may go straight past you which is completely understandable considering the reaction time the driver needs to stop the bus on the narrow roads that help make the Amalfi Coast amongst the most beautiful places in the world.

First of all there was an elderly guy who was extremely helpful and explained us everything important. Thanks for this The view from balcony was great. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Car could be parked in the garage.

The public transportation was full. We had to return earlier to catch a bus which has sufficient space.

The host Mr Ellio is too good and very welcoming. His assistant Mr Enzo was very helpful. They helped us by going out of their way. They explained about the location, the property, the logistics, the transportation schedule etc. I bothered them at late night 11 pm too and they didn’t complain and helped me with the information.
