La amplitud del apartamento y el disponer de parking donde estacionar el vehículo. La estación de metro y diversas tiendas de alimentación, muy cercanas.

La zona donde se ubicaba el apartamento, era bastante solitaria al caer la noche, si bien, no tuvimos ningún problema, si es verdad que daba algo de intranquilidad. Se hechó en falta un cepillo para barrer y un recogedor!

Très grand et propre appartement trouvé le matin même (problème avec un autre logement). Personnel très réactif. Facilité d'accès avec un parking. La literie était géniale.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter super und schnell. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.

L’appartement est très spacieux. Il est en tout point conforme aux photos. Le logement était prêt à l’heure convenue. Metro à 5 minutes à pied. Réponse rapide et efficace de l’hôte.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation - mais c’était précisé bien dans l’annonce - car les chambres donnent sur la rue qui reste bruyante la nuit si l’on garde les fenêtres ouvertes. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de pastilles pour lave vaisselle qui fournies pour le séjour.

Près du métro et excellente superficie pour un groupe de 6 personnes.

Pas de débarbouillettes, ni de climatisation (bien indiqué dans la description, mais c’est un élément qui aurait été intéressant avec la température durant notre séjour!)

L'emplacement est idéal, on entend pas de bruit de rue, la grandeur de l'appartement est super, le parking est vraiment pratique. L'appartement est beau et très agréable à vivre. C'est proche du Métro et du bus. Il y a beaucoup de magasins autour.

Il manque un balai et beaucoup de cuillères à café, des couteaux qui coupent, des casseroles, des verres, des bols, des tasses. C'est dommage.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family stay. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Each bedroom was equipped with a fan, which kept the rooms comfortable even during warmer days. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard—a great spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds were all very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the apartment was quiet and restful.

While the apartment had many positives, there were a few things that could be improved. The space would really benefit from a thorough deep cleaning—there were visible stains on the walls and the bathroom vents were full of lint. We also encountered two cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay, which was unsettling. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies available for us to use, and basic items like extra garbage bags and sufficient cooking utensils were lacking. A bit more attention to cleanliness and stocking essentials would make a big difference.

The location of the property is fantastic

The picture were probably taken about five years ago. The walls need to be freshly painted. They’re banged up and dirty. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and very hard as well.

Very large apartment, clean, and well appointed. Attentive staff. Everything we needed for a large adult family. Parking spot fit our minivan just fine! Close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but each room had a fan and windows that open wide. Also, it cooled down nicely at night.
