The oven tripped the electrics several times, and burnt everything despite being on a very low heat. Also the pillows in the bedroom were very small- longer ones would be better. Otherwise a lovely stay- thank you!

Renovated apartment but in old building. On 2nd floor but I don’t think reading so. Apartment is small, bed is. Only just a double size, bathroom that you just get into, you try and turn on the kettle and toaster or another appliance and power shorts out. Apartment next door was a construction site but again no mention of this in description, and why would they. They wouldn’t get any bookings. Apartment has rules to follow but not to the locals that live in the same building. Midnight till 2/3.00 am talking etc etc etc.

HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! We did not stay at this property. It was impossible. The property manager did not disclose there was a demolition in the apartment next door. We tried to call the property manager immediately. He did not pick up the phone. He responded by email that the banging on the wall from 8am to 8pm is not an issue in his opinion, because he believes we should be visiting sights during the day. Booking.com agreed there is a problem, but did not help to resolve the issue. We were on the phone with them 3 times during the week. They left it to us to get the money back from the property. They did not return the money. We did not stay for more than half an hour in the apartment. We ended up renting another apartment through AirBnB. We were exhausted from the overnight flight and looked forward to getting some sleep. This did not happen. It was a very frustrating start to our vacation. Another issue is that there are two different apartments under this listing. One is much bigger two level apartment with two bedrooms and a staircase and another is small with just one bedroom on one level. It is not clear from the pictures that these are very different. I will never use Booking.com again. The customer service is non existent, if there are issues with the property. We travel a lot through Europe, US and the Caribbean. We have never experienced something like that.

Close to a grocery store and places to eat. It is not downtown, but Uber was reasonable and always available.

It’s was 45 steps up to the third floor and 45 steps down, but by the end of the week, not a problem.
