Chiado Mercy I with AC

The location was very good and near to some nice restaurants and also cafes. Also very central to touring the city

Unfortunately the double room that didn’t have an en suite, needs a new bed. The mattress was terrible and did lead to not sleeping very well. The room also could do with a chair and a mirror in corner of room. My brother was in there suite room and they couldn’t believe they only noticed a nail sticking up at the foot of the bed. They have no idea how they didn’t have an accident. So this would be something you will need to sort for next guests. Obviously nothing you could do about the last issue was the apartment about had a party from midnight until 6am. Don’t know whether that was one of your apartments? No sleep at all on our last night. It wasn’t until our taxi driver told us we should have reported to police as noise after 10pm is not tolerated.

The location is close to everything. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The location was outstanding!

Wish all the bedrooms had air conditioning.

The employee who received us in the apartment, his treatment was not good in explaining the apartment to us. He did not give us a few minutes of his time because he was in a hurry for another apartment.

Apartment location was perfect! very spacious for 6 adults and very clean! Had everything we needed and although we travelled January and weather was cold, apartment was warm during our whole stay! João was really helpful and willing to suggest us places to visit and ways to move around!

Only negative thing they should fix is the floor in front of one of the bathrooms. Floor is damaged right before entering the bathroom and it's really slippery. Although we read it from the previous reviews and we had it in mind, still it was dangerous. I truly believe they should fix it because apart from that, everything else is just perfect in this apartment!!

Central location, quiet, clean. Hs everything we needed! Good value for money. Suited us perfectly.

Apt was was very central and a great location. Apt was very spacious for 4 adults. Kitchen was well equipped.

We only had one set of keys for 4 adults which was very awkward. There was a very large tripping hazard in the middle of the hall by the bathroom..the flooring was raised at least 2 inches. It was not marked. Both my son and I tripped and had injuries. The back bedroom windows were not safe to open for air because they were at ground level.the Ac unit inthe bedrooms were not consistently working so it was very stuffy.
