Wonderful Brand New Apartment Belém - A few steps away from the River!

The bed mattress was not good and the beds made noise and the toilet door did not close

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy access.

Was hot hot hot and difficult to get air flow going. Need more fans. Also neighbors were noisy. Not always but with windows open you could hear everything!

It was such a wonderful place, very spacious for three people with nice rooms. Walkable to many tourist attractions in Lisbon. The apartment was quiet and secure, and came with all the thing you need for your stay.

Great location…close to bus and metro. On foot there are many cafes and restaurants. Also there is so much to see and do along the river which is literally 5 minutes away. LX factory and the famous Pasteis de Belém are both 20min on foot. The property is really spacious and fully equipped. Also it’s the flat part of Lisbon so not many hills. I really like Belém…definitely quieter than Chiado and Bairro Alto but 10 - 15 min bus or Uber ride away.

There is not much natural light in the apartment…very dark. Although it was really hot during my time in Lisbon the apartment subsequently was freezing. They do provide heaters but they didn’t help much. I had a negative experience on my day of arrival with cleaning staff. After traveling for 16 hours to get to Lisbon they allowed an early check in which I appreciated. I showered and left the apartment for 3 hours to allow cleaning staff to do their thing - when I returned no one had come to clean. I contacted the property management and they advised to go out and they would give me complimentary drinks, which I was happy with. When i returned the cleaning staff were sitting at the dining room table having dinner and the apartment had still not been cleaned. In all fairness the management offered to refund the cleaning fee…at the time of writing this review (2 weeks later) I have still not received my refund. Although I had a negative experience the management were extremely helpful and did everything hey could resolve the situation and I would still recommend the apartment.

Location was good as well as the apartment.Everything was perfectly clean.

The host should give to the guests at least some bottles of water and something to eat and drink for breakfast. We had to buy everything.

The location was excellent for the Congress we had at the Lisbon Congress hall, walking distance. Good public transport access nearby. Beautiful interior recently restored.

The only thing was that there are very few windows in the apartment, the two main rooms had open areas but the third room not.
