Avenida da Liberdade Apartment

The host was really friendly and eager to help us make our stay as easy as possible. The location of the apartment was great; very close to the centre but also not in the hustle and bustle of tourists etc. The apartment was quite spacious, beds were comfy. The house was very clean and neat.

The apartment is on street level, so expect some noise from the street, which makes sense. Given that it's on the ground floor and due to the set-up, I would say it's not particularly bright. There are windows in the bedroom (street side) but there's no particular natural light in the rest of house.

Great position close to the city center

The Apartment Is located on the ground floor and it is not isolated so it is super noisy and it is almost impossibile to sleep. It seems like people in the street and neighbors are crossing you bedroom al night long. Moreover, the apartment do not reflects the photos because is much older and dirty.

The location of the apartment is very nice, close to the Avenida da Liberdade. Only 15 mins walk from Rossio train station and 26 mins from Praça do Comércio. Sophia (the owner of the apartment) couldn’t meet us by herself, but her friend Andrea met us and showed everything around the apartment. (Thanks again)

It is situated on the ground floor, you can’t open windows because of the people and cars outside on the street, so it is hard to find the day light, but the main problem is humidity which causes other problems - fungus in the bathroom, almost always wet towels. The patio is very small and look more like a well and it’s almost impossible to spend some time there. Once this apartment was nice and fancy, but now it is apartment with stains on the walls, on carpet and on sofa, with grey towels that supposed to be white. Sophia (the owner of the apartment) could’t meet us so we had some issues with collecting our keys. But at the end everything went well. Andre saved the situation.

The apartment is spacious and located in a rather calm corner of central Lisbon, relatively close to the metro and Avenida da Liberdade and Marques de Pombal. Heating (via air conditioning) was working fine.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with the bedroom next to the road. It was dark, not homely, with very basic decoration.

It was clean and located at a nice quiet place. The food around the area was really nice too!
