Santo Amaro's House

Good location, quiet street. The arrangement of the apartment was OK. Kitchenware, washing machine and air conditioner were available.

Cleanliness. The drains were hardly flowing. The toilet were not sufficietly flushing. No battery at the AC remote controller. The apartman is at the ground level and it was a surprise. The whole building was fusty and dump.

Almost everything was fine I had gone there for some work for which I needed internet very badly. The WiFi was not working there. I told the landlord that there was a problem with the WiFi. He did not give me any reply.

I spent 4 nights there without internet which I found very bad.😤

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities as described. The kitchen was particularly well equipped if you want to cook. The terrace was a nice place to eat outside.

Communication with the owners was very poor, we had to contact them before arriving and again before leaving to ask about arrangements. A few small things were broken or had not been considered, for example the back of the remote control had fallen off and the door blind for the bedroom window had no handle so couldn't be opened once fully closed.

Apartment was really clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was so neat.

The key was a bit tricky to get out the lock, and we struggled for a bit before I figured out you have to push the lock on the door with your finger to be able to pull the key out. The location wasn't great, a bit far from everything but the apartment itself was fantastic!

The house was too small for 3 person. For couple it is ok.

Wery dark apatrment, with one small Window. There is a lot of mold in this apartment, high humidity. Very dirty. I DON'T RECOMEND THIS APARTMENT.
