Qué nos pidieron 200€ en depósito y en metálico, cuando la cancelación ya no era posible. Porque está información no aparece en Booking cuando lo estás reservando.

The place is very clean and comfortable, there are all the facilities. Amazing staff, good location and fair price.

Airconditioning did not work

The apartment had comfortable beds and was in a central location to walk to the city centre

This apartment as it was advertised as having air-conditioning which is why we booked it. However the air conditioning unit did not work and did not even have power going to it. Staff gave us extra fans but this did not really help in 35 degrees heat and they did not seem to be working properly either. Probably an ok apartment in the winter months but not suitable for the summer.

Location excellent and a good base . Comfy beds , lovely big towels! Well equipped

Shower slow to drain so shower tray fills up quickly when showering.

Clean and mostly quiet--Metro stopped running at 0100

No introduction to apartment and how to run appliances. Short directions to metro, grocery. Air conditioning in only one bedroom with a few portable units that blew air around in the other rooms. Very hard to cool the apartment. A chair broke out from under one of us the first night and we woke to a water leak in the kitchen the next morning. Unable to shut curtains-broken sliders. Shower head kept slipping down until we secured it with a rubber band.
