This was honestly the worst accommodation experience ever! I travel on a regular basis and have never experienced this. It was not a holiday, but a punishment camp! From the first moment you walk in, there is a very strong musty mold smell, which does not surprise me given the moisture and mold spots on the walls. Because we came from a holiday in New York City, I had specially booked this accommodation because it also has a washing machine. That's all well and good, except that the white laundry comes out gray again, without having added any other colors to the white laundry. Which is of course a huge shame. What was also a shame is that the space is very small. It is described that you could spend the night here with 3, we were with 2 and this was already too small for us. The bathroom is 0.5m by 2m, there is no place to store your shower items and you cannot freshen your face at the tap because it is also very small. We brushed our teeth at the sink in the kitchen, which was more spacious and easier to do. Besides the fact that there was no storage space in the bathroom, the same was true for the bedroom. There is no space to empty your suitcases, and little space to store clothes. Some sticks against the wall with 5 hangers, where you can hang your clothes. Back to the bathroom, I find it scandalous that there is no working toilet, this is a basic requirement that must be present. From day 1 the toilet would not flush, no water came into the bowl, so it could not be flushed. We immediately reported this to the host, who also responded very quickly to the problem and sent someone. Within the hour a staff member was at our place, a really nice man, shout out to Carlos! However, unfortunately he could do nothing about the problem and the quick alternative solution was flushing manually with a bucket of water.
