Apartment is really well situated in a historic part of Belém. When we arrived we've had some issues that the owner very willingly helped us adress. The apartment itself was nice and clean with all of the necesseary utilities. Everything was working well, nothing was broken. There is also a pretty view on the 25th April bridge.

The shower water takes a little bit of practice to get hot water out of the boiler. Basically if you turn on hot water, the water will be hot for couple of minutes after which you have fiddle with the facet a bit.

Nice guest. Good communication. Very nice neighborhood even it`s far from city center but in the heart of Belem, which is wonderful. Apartment large enough for 2 adult&2 kids. Very clean.

Poor equipped and quite old everything. It needs an upgrade to justify the price. I compare it with recent bookings in Porto & Madrid at same price.

The location is great for visiting the Belem area, with many features within easy walking distance. Felt authentic staying in an actual apartment like a local. Overall, very pleased with the apartment.

The beds were extremely hard. And I know most locals don't have AC, but ceiling fans above the beds would go a long way toward making things more comfortable when the weather is hot.

The apartment is clean and neat. Everything we need was available. It’s good for a family stay and most of the attractions are in walkable distance except city centre. The owner was very much helpful.

The only suggestion to improve the hot water connection not working sometimes, have to wait for sometime but the owner was ready to come and check but we managed with that

Very clean, safe area, close to all amenities, very welcoming hosts, good food, historical and fun attractions. All facilities for family travelers (kids). Fantastic area

Comfortable apartment in a quiet part of town. We checked-in and checked-out by ourselves - which was convenient and very easy with clear instructions given by the host. A few minutes walk to the train station from which you can go to the city centre or take a trip to Cascais or Sintra. Nearby also a ferry terminal with rides across the Tagus river. A little farther away, but still walking distance, the famous Torre de Belém and some other interesting sites.

A proper wardrobe for clothes would be useful.
