Alma de Santos Apartment

Отличные аппараты, уютные, чистые, все необходимое для отдыха есть. Кровати удобные, матрасы отличные. Можно не только в комнатах отдыхать, но и выйти во дворик. Рядом остановка автобуса, кафе и магазинчики, район очень чистый.

Окна спален выходят на автодорогу, а из окон видно и что самое главное слышно как самолёты заходят на посадку. С открытыми окнами спать невозможно.

Чисто і всі зручності для проживання є ! Агент який закріплений за цим апартаменти справжній професіонал ,швидко реагує на будь-які питання і завжди йде на зустріч.

Був запах незрозумілий,але я гадаю можливо це дерево ,але після того як ми відчини всі вікна ,за декілька хвилин цей запах пропав.

הדירה מרווחת עם שני חדרי שינה גדולים , סלון פינת אוכל מרוהטים יפה ונוחים, המטבח מאובזר היטב ויש גם מדיח ומכונת כביסה . מרפסת בבית ומרפסת-גן מחוץ לבית. היינו שלוש חברות והתאים לנו מאד! הסביבה לא מתויירת ולנו זה התאים, להתרחק בסוף כל יום מההמון ומהצפיפות. זו שכונה יותר שקטה . יש כמה מסעדות קטנות בסביבה הממש קרובה . לא לפספס את ׳La Camioneta’ פיצריה מעולה עם אוירה צעירה ותוססת. גם את המסעדה הנפאלית אהבתי. והמכולת שלידן מספקת מאד! כמובן שהתחבורה הציבורית המעולה של ליסבון (כולל מוניות זולות) מאפשרת להגיע בקלות לדירה וממנה לכל מקום בעיר.

הדבר היחיד הוא שיש רק חדר רחצה/שירותים אחד.

Tout ! Très propre, climatisé, terrasse extérieure + veranda, spacieux et confortable pour 4 personnes dont 2 ados !!! Très bien équipé, wifi, quartier tranquille et sécure. Très bien desservi par les transports pour toutes directions. D'ailleurs, n'hésitez pas à vous procurer la Lisboa Card !!! Quel confort pour tous déplacements à Lisbonne : Sintra et Cascais inclus !!! Carte 72h rentabilisée en une seule journée. Dommage que San Cristobal ne soit pas inclu dans les lieux accessibles, par contre, évitez le bus et préférez le bateau+bus au départ de Cais de Sobre, plus joli et moins cher ;-) ... Un seul reproche : un forfait pour une durée supérieure à 72h serait top !

Bruyant car l'avenue Infante Santo est très circulée jour et nuit et se situe dans le couloir aérien de l'aéroport. Ce qui ne perturbe que très peu le confort de l'appartement car il est très bien insonorisé et climatisé ! Donc assez peu gênant sauf fenêtres ouvertes.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our visit. The space in the apartment was perfect for a family of four and all the facilities at the apartment were good. We enjoyed the garden space as well.

While we were staying there was work being carried out in the apartment above so there were a lot of banging and drilling noise.

We mostly liked the location. You can catch a bus and go anywhere. Closely a lot of restaurants and small pubs, but everywhere an Italian food is served, no typical Portuguese cuisine.

No elevator at the property.

The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. The location is well connected by tram and bus and train to Cais de Sodre and Cascais. Our host, Martim let us in a bit earlier, so we didn't have to tug our luggage around for too long on the cobbled Lisbon pavements after arrival. That was very kind. We enjoyed Lisbon very much, walking around a lot and realising there is so much to do and our stay not long enough to see it all. We had the best views from Christo de Rei on a clear day. Fantastic, but you need to arrive early to shorten the wait. The only downside was the noise from the people living above. Seemed like they were the most active when we were in bed. But I suppose that's what it's like in an old multi storey building, not much ado once you're used to it.
