Bliss Lisbon Apartments - Avenidas

The apartment was as described on the pictures, The host was very responsive to our needs, responded promptly and we had an excellent experience at the appartment.

I will just suggest that extra towels be provided at the start of the stay, they did provided them when requested but it would have been just easier if they were already at the apartment.

Spaceous. Host was kind and responsive on the whatsup.

Toilet seet was half broken in one of the rooms, bolts on the toilet seet were eaten up by the urin, squickey floors (old building). In another room the lightning in the bathroom was partially operational, the same goes for the 3rd bathroom. Host said they will change the toilet seet - they didn't even though they had few working days to purchase a new one. The building has a smell (which doesn't propagate to the rooms). For 6 people they left 3 coffe capsules.

We were accommodated 5 people, the door of one bedroom was very difficult to close/open... the air conditioning did not work to heat... broken mirrors in the bathrooms and rooms, rotted door frames... old doors … panties left in the closet, some food left in the freezer, the floor was creaky and needed renovation. The bathrooms did not have proper illumination, the light bulbs did not work. The silicone in the bathroom shower was old and needed replacing. The location is needed renovation/sanitization, it wasn't worth the price from the pictures, they don't show the reality.

Easy check-in, the apartment is spacious and comfortable for 6 people. Close to the subway, restaurants and supermarket.

Definitely needs renovation especially all bathrooms.

The property was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, fantastic location, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, great showers and super responsive hosts. Loved every minute of our stay.

Loved all of it. The door broke when we arrived and it was all fixed within 3 hours.
