La ubicación, Marco fué amable, limpieza, mucha agua caliente y fria,

El ingreso, muy incómodo caminar en las habitaciones, no se podía abrir la ventana de una habitación, al llegar sientes olor a guardado o cerrado., no nos fué posible obtener ayuda para guardar las mochilas por unas horas.

The property was fine inside, but it had many steps to get in the property and steps. We had to carry are luggage from the parking garage, 3 blocks away, because you are not allowed with your car in the area, it is block and only people who lives in the area can get in. Located in an actual neighborhood rather than a tourist area, though all the sites are close by. Lived the ability to open the windows and get a nice breeze in the evening, listening to the sounds of the street. The welcome from Marcos was wonderful and loving - immediately made us feel at home. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of info for local resources made available.

Fair warning: stairs to the apartment are steep, so beware if you have mobility issues. Also, street noise can be quite loud as it’s the gathering spot for locals at two bodegas there. We LOVED the sounds of Lisbon, but I could see others not liking that

L’emplacement, les équipements mis à disposition et le bon accueil du propriétaire.

Les cafards et la non gestion des problèmes que cela a engendré. Aussi bien de la part du propriétaire que de booking.

La localisation est très pratique a 10 min du métro Cais do Sodré. L'appartement etait bien et les équipements étaient suffisants pour notre séjour. Marco est très accueillant et disponible.. Le petit commerce de Lina situé en face dépanne bien.

L'accès a l'appartement se fait par un escalier qui est un peu difficile avec des valises ou sans valises donc ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des soucis pour monter des escaliers. Il serait bien de faire quelques petits travaux de rafraichissement.
