This is a good value apartment with comfy beds in a great location. It has nice interior and overall interesting to see some details of the old building. It has a lot of additional equipment in the kitchen and living room. It was a bit chilly in the night, but there are some heaters so it was really comfortable.

Bathroom is not the best, but it has a good water pressure.

Very good location. Quiet place. Clearness. Marcos is a nice and very helpful host.

Marcos was amazing and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of space and easy to cook in the kitchen. The location is walking distance of many attractions.

The apartment is up a few flights of stairs after climbing to the top of a steep cobblestone street. A bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

Amazing host, so polite and helpful! Always on what's up access on any questions. Beautiful place, goos views, easy metro and train station access, cozy apartment.

1. Quite high stairs: for us it's ok( for young and healthy people), but if for example you are old or have health problems or traumas, these stairs are not comfortable. And if you have heavy luggage, it's better to ask someone to help you. 2. The neighborhood is not so quiet:) but it's understandable: people live in this district for a long time and everyone who lives constantly is used to all sounds. If you are sensitive to sound and have bad sleep, think about it: at 5:30 somebody decided to start repairing works, it was like if 2 dentists screwing a big tooth) but after my loud request they stopped. And surely tourists like this beautiful street a lot and scream and argue loudly in the night. I'm used to people's talk, it's a peculiar feature of this district like in Alafama as well. But sometimes I couldn't fall asleep at once because of it:) 3. 3 nights corcroaches visited the apartment: kitchen, bathroom and sleeping room. One was flying. They are big. We informed the host about this problem. And I believe him it was the 1st time as they appeared ( warm weather, some repairing works may be in the nearest apartments..).. it's not the fault of the place or host, anyway..and I'm happy that our host did his best to do all the necessary desinsection works and other nights these "guests" didn't appear.
