Near from the metro and supermarket, and 25 min walking from Alfama. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious apartment.

Strong smell of humidity every time I would come back. It needs urgently some work done. The tv works but it doesn’t have access to streaming channels so I couldn’t watch anything at all.

Perfeito. Apto amplo, muito limpo, silencioso. Localização ótima. Restaurantes, mercado, padaria e metro muito próximo. Super indico.

This is a convenient location, close to metro, cafés, pharmacy and a short walk to several grocery stores and shops. It is an inexpensive choice compared to other listings in Lisbon.

Being in an old building, it is noisy. Street noise, metro rumbling underneath, neighbours in the building and outside. Generally at night it was very quiet here. The kitchen is well equipped except that there is no kettle to boil water and no oven mitts to handle hot pots. The freezer of the refrigerator needs to be defrosted. We messaged the manager that the lighter for the gas cooktop was getting low on fuel and tricky to use. They replied that they would check into it, but was not refilled or replaced. General cleanliness isn't great. When we arrived the floors looked clean, but were sticky everywhere like they needed to be rinsed. The sheets are bright white, but the towels are greyish. The top of the stove and the oven need a thorough scrubbing. The large table in the main room was always sticky despite being wiped off. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom fan doesn't seem to work. Everyday there was dust and debris that fall from the water heater onto the microwave underneath.

Could do laundry and had decent WiFi.

The biggest challenge was the noise from both the street and road! The apartment is on a very busy street and you can clearly hear traffic and sirens throughout the day and night. There is also noticeable vibrational noise from the subway below. Unfortunately, even with high-quality earplugs, I wasn’t able to get a good night’s sleep during our 5 night stay. The listing photos present the apartment in a better light than what I experienced in person as well — it felt more dated than expected. The kitchen table stains mentioned in other reviews are indeed noticeable. Additionally, while the photos show several cutting knives suitable for bread, none were available during my stay. The apartment is also a bit farther from central Lisbon than I anticipated, which may be something to consider depending on your plans. It was not a terrible stay, but the noise level and sleep disruption would make it difficult for me to stay here again.
