New Bright and Cozy Apartment in Graça

The property was lovely and bright, smelt so beautiful all the time. It was in a great location and the kitchen had everything that we could need!

We had a great stay at this accommodation! The apartment was clean, convenient, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Nuno and Isabel were very welcoming and helpful hosts.

Super cute, nice location that didn’t feel touristy but still allowed us to walk to some cool areas, lots of bars and cafes etc nearby but still quiet at night. nice pillows and mattress. sweet decor and the hosts had left a bottle of wine and necessities. hosts very responsive and helpful and let us check in early and also came over to help fix the shutters even though it was completely user error!

lots of steep stairs, parking tricky, area a bit harrowing to drive in if you’re not an experienced driver. one bed was a bit squeaky!

1. Apartment was very clean and well kept. 2. It was compact, had a good design and included everything we needed for our stay. 3. Host was kind and easy to contact, recommended on many attractions and was flexible in our requests. 4. The location is central which makes reaching most location in Lisbon very simple. 5. There were multiple supermarkets around the apartment which meant we could buy supplies as we needed without traveling far.

1. Since the apartment was relatively small, many of the small furniture (small chairs or tables) that were scattered in the rooms were getting in the way so we put them all in one location to avoid collisions. 2. The building's staircase: Had a constant moldy smell which could sometimes be smelled when we were at the apartment. Had very narrow and steep stairs. Combined with crooked and uncomfortable railing, it was hard to climb the stairs and my parents (who are old) were afraid to fall... 3. As a tall guy (almost 1.9 meters), I hit my head many times when entering the building as well as during showers as the showerhead was low. 4. The area around the apartment is full of steep hills, this makes traveling by foot quite tiresome and may not be suitable for older people. Additionally, the area is quite old. This is not really an issue but I recommend using google map street views to see if it suits your taste. 5. The apartment's floors have a very moderate slope (the building is built on a hill). This gave a constant feeling of slight imbalance while walking in the apartment. 6. Mattresses were of medium hardness, I know it's a personal taste but my father, who has back issues, had a hard time sleeping on them.
