Great location and free parking!

Bed was terribly used/soft in the middle. There were heavy building work going on next door including saturdays. That will be for a while as it's a huge old building being teared down or renovated. The balcony was fine but small. At the time of booking there was only one type of room existing (as the others bigger ones are apparently being worked on) and so I mistook the nice picture of a terrace for that we would get... my bad I guess but it was confusing.

Location: Every café and attraction was within a few minutes' walk.

The hot water in the shower was barely available, making it impossible for two people to use one after another. Additionally, the water pressure was very weak. No washing detergent was provided for the washing machine, and there was a hole in the shower towel.
