入住时有个工作人员接待很好，借用了转换插头，先说收押金后来未收，位置很好。

在顶楼，床上空间小需弯腰，有压迫感，灯光偏暗。

It was in a good location.

We were told that there were no elevators, we were not told which of the properties we had rented until the day before we arrived and it happened to be on the 3rd floor with very steep steps. When I looked at booking.com’s web site, the pictures that were shown (the first 8-10 photos )were not the property that we were placed in, so we were very surprised when we arrived and saw the property. The furniture was cheap IKEA, there was very limited space to store your items and the room was very warm. The windows were very difficult to operate, there were no screens, so bugs could fly in.There was very limited silverware, one item that was missing (a corkscrew) was delivered sometime the next day when we were out, it is quite evident that no inventory was done prior to our arrival. The property was nonrefundable!

Das die Unterkunft so zentral ist.

The location was amazing just a short walk to the station and even shorter to Charles Bridge. The staff were amazing with their communication and were very friendly, kind and attentive.

We liked it all we knew we booked a studio apartment and whilst it was cosy was what we expected.

Located near the Luzern train station in the old town.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem kein störender Lärm. Funktionelle Ausstattung. Schnelle Erstattung der Kaution. Schnelle Antwort per WhatsApp, als wir ein Problem mit der Dusche hatten.

Wir hatten eigentlich so etwas wie eine Rezeption erwartet, es lief aber alles online, aber problemlos. Vereistes Eisfach, Kapselkaffeemaschine, naja.
